The standard simplistic theory says that body weight can be reduced by eating foods with fewer\u00a0calories\u00a0, and by increasing physical activity and exercise. The problem with this definition is that exercise generally increases\u00a0muscle mass\u00a0, where muscles have a significantly higher\u00a0density\u00a0than\u00a0fat\u00a0, so exercise can lead to an increase in mass, but a decrease in fat deposits.\u00a0<sup id=\"cite_ref-2\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup>An example of unhealthy food is sweets.<\/p>\n<p>An eminent and renowned cardiologist developed a special diet plan for his patients, as well as for healthy people who wanted to lose weight. With this plan, combined with at least half an hour of physical activity every day, it is possible to lose 10 kilograms in just seven days.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-g-rec td-g-rec-id-content_inlineleft td_uid_1_66ffce86e0d8c_rand td_block_template_1 \"><\/div>\n<p>Breakfast every day is very important: 1 piece of fruit (like orange, pear or peach, except grapes or banana).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.extrapopusti.rs\/\">Eat on the first day:<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 200 ml of yogurt.<br \/>\nDinner: 2 tomatoes or 2 deciliters of boiled tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast, half a cucumber or some green salad.<\/p>\n<p>The next day you eat:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.extrapopusti.rs\/\">Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of yogurt.<\/a><br \/>\nDinner: 125 grams of boiled beef, 1 tomato, 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of coffee or unsweetened tea.<\/p>\n<p>On the third day you eat:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-124213\" src=\"http:\/\/novadanas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/c730ac1cb919152c70fe.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"407\" height=\"271\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange, a cup of yogurt, 1 cucumber or some green salad.<br \/>\nDinner: 125 grams of boiled beef, 1 orange, 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of tea or unsweetened coffee.<\/p>\n<p>On the fourth day you eat:<\/p>\n<p>Lunch: 125 grams of milk cheese, 1 tomato, 1 sandwich.<br \/>\nDinner: Same as the day before.<\/p>\n<p>On the fifth day you eat:<\/p>\n<p>Lunch: 200 grams of boiled meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 rusk.<br \/>\nDinner: half a kilogram of boiled carrots, potatoes or peas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.extrapopusti.rs\/\">Very important notes:<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cook vegetables or meat with little or no salt. Pause this diet on days six and seven, then resume on day eight. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on this diet.<\/p>\n<p>People with heart disease should consult a doctor (cardiologist) before starting this
