A diet is a way of eating , which in some cases turns into a way of life, and which is mainly practiced in the fight against obesity , as well as some others such as, for example, celiac disease , diabetes or various intolerances and allergies, such as gluten or lactose intolerance . The standard simplistic theory says that body weight can be reduced by eating foods with fewer calories , and by increasing physical activity and exercise. The problem with this definition is that exercise generally increases muscle mass , where muscles have a significantly higher density than fat , so exercise can lead to an increase in mass, but a decrease in fat deposits. An example of unhealthy food is sweets.
An eminent and renowned cardiologist developed a special diet plan for his patients, as well as for healthy people who wanted to lose weight. With this plan, combined with at least half an hour of physical activity every day, it is possible to lose 10 kilograms in just seven days.
Breakfast every day is very important: 1 piece of fruit (like orange, pear or peach, except grapes or banana).
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 200 ml of yogurt.
Dinner: 2 tomatoes or 2 deciliters of boiled tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of toast, half a cucumber or some green salad.
The next day you eat:
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of yogurt.
Dinner: 125 grams of boiled beef, 1 tomato, 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of coffee or unsweetened tea.
On the third day you eat:

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange, a cup of yogurt, 1 cucumber or some green salad.
Dinner: 125 grams of boiled beef, 1 orange, 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of tea or unsweetened coffee.
On the fourth day you eat:
Lunch: 125 grams of milk cheese, 1 tomato, 1 sandwich.
Dinner: Same as the day before.
On the fifth day you eat:
Lunch: 200 grams of boiled meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 rusk.
Dinner: half a kilogram of boiled carrots, potatoes or peas.
Cook vegetables or meat with little or no salt. Pause this diet on days six and seven, then resume on day eight. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on this diet.
People with heart disease should consult a doctor (cardiologist) before starting this diet.
